Google Now Available In Pidgin, Search In Broken English

 

I just checked on www.google.com.ng and i discovered that pidgin English option is now available along with Youruba, English, Hausa and Igbo. Imagine that, even Computer now speaks pidgin English. I tried it out and the results were correct and accurate, just as I expected..

Belgian Choreographer Calls Beyonce a 'Thief'

 

The Belgian choreographer Beyonce used as 'inspiration' for her Countdown video calls Beyonce's use of her piece plagiarism. In an interview with Belgian radio station, Studio Brussel, choreographer Anne Teresa Keersmaeker was asked how she felt about Beyonce copying her work and she replied,

“I didn’t know anything about this. I’m not mad, but this is plagiarism. This is stealing. They took pieces from Achterland and Rosas danst Rosas. Including the dresses and a remake of the school of Van de Velde. It’s a bit rude, I must say. What’s rude about it is that they don’t even bother about hiding it. They seem to think they could do it because it’s a famous work.”

“Am I honoured? Look, I’ve seen local school kids doing this. That’s a lot more beautiful.”

Mo Cheddah’s naked picture to eLDee causes controversy on Twitter

At the early hours of today, Monday, September 3, 2011, Knighthouse signed artiste, Mo’Cheddah went gaga on the micro-blogging website-twitter. The singer who shot into limelight over a year ago allegedly posted her nude picture on the site.

Apparently, the nude picture which didn’t expose her face bears the body frame of Mo’Cheddah, exposing her petite boobs and buttocks but covering her private part with her hand.
Though, the picture was obviously intended to be a direct message (DM) to another user of the social networking site, but the network went awry and her DM became a public tweet where everyone had access to.
Upon noticing this, few minutes later the singer went ahead to state that someone hacked into her account.
‘Pls neva believe what you see, someone just sent me that picture’, she continues, ‘pls tweeps my account has been hacked…..Disregard my tweets, I’m working on securing my account. And of coz, that’s not me,’ she tweets.
Coincidentally, versatile music producer, Eldee tha Don, who thought he could come to the rescue of the young lady decided to also send a direct message to her (Mo’Cheddah), but it only got messier when his own tweet too became a public consumption.
His tweets read as thus: ‘@Mocheddah if people here can see it (the nude pix) just say someone posted it to you in the hotel’ he continues,‘I didn’t post that tweet, someone is playing around games tonight and that it’s not funny at all’
Both artiste blamed the unfortunate incident on hackers, while they removed all tweets and picture that could link to the nude picture on the web.
However, the duo are presently off twitter since the story leaked out, as they could no longer bear the viral of negative messages linked to them.

The singer hand picked the British model and former boxer, Dudley O'Shaughnessy, to appear in her latest video - 'We found love' and after the shooting wrapped, she supposedly began 'dating' the 21 year old Chris Brown look-alike. The two have been spotted going out on dates in the UK...

Jamb Admits only 60, 000 Candidates

Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, professor Dibu Ojerinde has said that only 60, 000 of the 498, 000 candidates who sat for this year's examination into various tertiary institutions, have been offered admission into institutions of first choice.

The remaining 438, 000 will have to try again next year. Sad!

Osaze sorta blames Prophet TB Joshua for Nigeria’s failure to qualify for Nations Cup

In a chat with reporters at the reception hall of the Transcorp Hilton shortly after the match, Osaze said:

Yes, I would say I am sorry to Nigerians for not playing according to expectation and I believe I did not play well in the match. But the prediction of Prophet TB Joshua really affected us. 

We thought we could see him and see how he could overturn the negative prediction but the officials came with another prophet who prayed for us and told us that all was well.

But in all we did not do our own bit of the job well as players and we are not happy that we won’t play at the forthcoming Nations Cup.”

Step brother chops off 3week old baby's hand

This sad incident happened in Akwa Ibom. This 3 months old baby boy, Etimbuk, had his right hand was chopped off by his step brother after a quarrel with the baby's mum.

The perpetrator of the evil act, Mr. Nathaniel John, 30, was killed by the youths of their community after committing the atrocity.

Mrs. Ngozi Ademoye killed her husband during a fight

The wife of slain Lagos business man, Mr. Kazeem Ademoye who was allegedly killed in his house at Magodo Phase 2 has finally opened up from her cell at the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos where she is being detained.

Mrs. Ngozi Ademoye, a 35-year-old mother of three, who spoke to Crime Guard under strict security watch, lamented that since the death of her husband, her three children have been locked out by relations of their father and that they have not been able to change into new clothes.

According to her, “Yes, I killed him. I killed him but, he was the cause of it. Members of his family wanted me and my children out of the house. They wanted to take the two small ones. But no one can take my kids, no one. My three children are from him. No one can take my kids because I stayed with him that long because of my children. He came that night. He was putting on a red dress with a feather and he was also wearing a small tortoise.

'I was in a violent relationship for many years' Kate Henshaw-Nuttal

The actress opened up to Entertainment Express magazine last week, telling them that she was once a victim of an abusive relationship that lasted for over three years. She says:

I can't withstand violence in a relationship. I was once a victim. The relationship lasted for about three/four years. I didn't know who I was then. I was so timid, I almost stopped smiling and almost stopped laughing, but there was this inner strength in me that helped me to rediscover myself. In fact, I had no self esteem then. I wanted to change and be who I was not, based on the ill treatment and violent nature of my man then. He was constantly abusing, beating and battering me inside the house and in public places. I think there was a time when I walked round with bandage on my leg, courtesy of my violent lover. Funny enough, this violent lover of mine claimed to love me and wanted to marry me then.
